The Bluemoon Community Health is an organization led by social workers, dedicated to providing NDIS support services to NDIS participants, their carers, and any referrer. Our mission is to empower NDIS participants by offering specialist disability services from the grassroots level.
Unlike most agencies that operate with a business-like approach, The Bluemoon Community Health prioritizes the following principles:

Our motivation stems from challenging the prevailing business model within the NDIS industry, which sometimes treats individuals with disabilities as mere commodities rather than recognizing their humanity.

Our multidisciplinary team comprises social workers, registered nurses, welfare workers, IT professionals, and policy developers. Our dedicated support workers receive ongoing professional development, engage in reflective practice sessions, and benefit from supervision by registered nurses, mental health professionals, and welfare experts.
Our ultimate goal is to enhance the quality of life for NDIS participants, empowering them to live independently and make informed choices. We champion a human-centred approach to disability services, challenging the status quo within the NDIS industry. Our team members are professional, ambitious, realistic, and solution-focused.
In 2019, the visionary founder and president, Gaurav, conceived the idea that would eventually become The Bluemoon Community Health. His vision was to address the ongoing challenges within the NDIS industry and the limitations of existing service delivery processes. Instead of solely focusing on profits, his vision was to revolutionize disability care services by prioritising a human-centric approach. He aimed to proactively address issues and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform the industry
Gaurav initiated discussions with stakeholders, shedding light on these critical issues. Monthly meetings commenced, where the team explored alternative approaches. Their goal was clear: to create a paradigm shift in disability services. In 2021, they made a pivotal decision—to formally register The Bluemoon Community Health as a company.
However, the official establishment occurred in 2023, following rigorous deliberations, meticulous planning, and extensive consultations with NDIS stakeholders and legal experts. The result was a company committed to person-centered care, empowerment, and challenging the conventional business model prevalent in the NDIS industry.
